Alhamdulillah, the video makes some excellent points...its more than what i would ever venture to do on Youtube..

A few suggestions:
You can strengthen the credibility of your statements by using Qur'anic ayahs to back them up, not just logical argument. Dont rely on logic alone.
Athiests are well accustomed to refuting logical reasoning as used in your video, if you bring some Islamic evidence into it, they'll have a tougher time in refuting it I think, use resources such as Harun Yahya, he has some really good books on these topics.
