"tafaqahu" as used at the time during the life of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) was for some people or (bedois) come to the town Madina and live{Learn} from muslims.

See and watch how their daily life they run about
how their way of Helping each other as Islam teaches. and etc end etc.

and now new (while i don't mean to say it dosent work at all IT WORKS but very lillte)the elm
FIQH......If such people of the desert (bedois) At this present age What will they then(bedouis) Learn from the present muslims ....as termed as TAFAQAHU?

I don't know if I understand your question correctly. In the modern day Madinah, there are still people of Ilm who teach Islam. For. e.g. Madinah University.

they teach ....but that is not meant by TAFAKAHU,

let us take for example...we learn from std 1 to universities...
we get degrees
we look for work
we get work and Produce the JUICE of those hard days of studies from std 1 to university.

Now look in Islam they TEACH Where then you will get Job as qualified Muslim?

like that ...they tech but where are the results?

They recite Quran...well and good...Quran words of Allah(Jala Jalaaluhu) do they follow those teachings
...i understand that Allah does not force any to follow ....The Kuran....but these are ones of my and if not many Do think the same
Now if i may ask What is to be the likely Solution?

shall we keep quite and just follow like cattle Not knowing that it i going to be SLAUGHTERED !!!!

Brother, this is very deep...and it is so true.. Now I got what you were trying to say... People are getting their education by studying hard with good grades.. But, what's the point if they know nothing about their religion? It is same as jews and christians who are studying and becoming millionaires... It is true that injustice is being done to the Word of ALLAH... And it's sad... And it's true that jews and christians did the same...I think that there is no point of getting worldly education if you know nothing about Islam... A person is gonna make a lot of money... And then what end up inHell????? The money is not gonna save Him/her... It's one's good deeds that are going to save a person from burning in Hell!! And the good deeds can only be done if you know the right way of doing it... And the right can only be learned from reading our Glorious Qur'an and reflecting on it... This is a serious situation in which everybody is getting into.... I'm glad Brother you brought this up... And it's something that I have been wondering about for a long time...
