I was worried

As Salamu 'Alaykum,

I was surprised at how fast I was able to perform wudu this morning. Than a turned on the program that I listen to as I perform Fajr. When we, the program and I, finished I turned off the Salah program and the bird outside my window started to chirp. Thankfully, the Islamic Society here has a website that give Prayer times. I went to it and both the bird and I were between dawn and sunrise. Subhana Allah!

I started off much of my life with prayer; however, there is a special feeling that one gets when one thoroughly enters into prayer with full intention of an audience with Allah. The performing of wudu aids you in establishing that full intention. I think that, Insha Allah, as I learn the prayers better, that will only intensify.

My wife has an appointment at one of the best hospitals in this area to find out what is wrong with her leg. Min fudlak/fudlik, Pray that she is alright and that it is not the more serious of the three possible causes and is the least serious. She has suffered for well over a year now with her doctor saying, "It's only been three months; It's only been six months; It has only been nine months; etc." It reminds me when I fractured my spine the first time. I was in the hospital going on day four. The doctor came in and I ask him how long I had to stay in the hospital. He said about a month or six weeks. I told him I didn't have any health insurance and he said, "Well, if you want, you can go home today." Which I did.
