Instruments in Nasheeds?!!

My dear brothers and sisters this thread is for you to post your opinion on instruments being used in islamic songs by muslims. In my opinion it is a very wrong thing for it causes sin for the muslim brother and sister who uses it in their songs as well as for the the ones who listen to it. The only instrument i know that Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) says is permissble is the "Duff" which is sort of an Arabian Drum and as for those who fall prey to getting attached to other instruments the punishment for it is very frightening."Hot Molten Lead will be poured through the ears on the Day of Judgement" May Allaah Rabbul Izzat save us all from this Insha Allaah Ameen.

There is no room for opinion when Allaah, His Messenger sall-Allaahu `alayhi wasallam and the consensus of the scholars, including the heads of the four madhhabs, have all declared music to be haraam... Alhamdulilllah, it is good that your opinion is consistent with this. May Allaah help us.
