Insulting Allah
The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Allah said, ‘The son of Adam tells a lie against Me, though he has no right to do so. As for his telling a lie against Me, it is that he claims that I cannot recreate him as I created him before; and as for his abusing Me, it is his statement that I have a son. No! Glorified be Me! I am far from taking a wife or a son.’” [Sahih Bukhari]
The universe, of even whose extent we are not aware, is just one of the many things that Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) has created. To think that such a miniscule part of the universe, a human, cannot be recreated by the One Who created him in the first place, is illogical and highly ignorant. As it is, doing something for a second time is always easier than doing it for the first time.
Attributing a wife or son to Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) is equivalent to insulting Him since it negates His total independence, His Uniqueness, and His Oneness.
