is boxing allowed in islam?

well, salam brothers and sister....
well i have a doubt ..... is boxing allowed in islam????????
i feel t is not .. as per , Allah has said that we should not hurt a person ... so, i would like to clear my doubt ...is boxing allowed in islam?
