Is creating a sim bad?

Walaikum As-salaam little sister.

Well, as long as your Sims are wearing clothes lol joking. That's fine if you ask me inshallah. Your not creating a soul by customizing clothes for your Sims. It's almost like designing your own fashion, but it's on a computer. Now sister, you know that you want to play the Sims. I know I do when I get my new laptop next week inshallah. It's just a computer game. When it comes to your Sims behavior, you have make them Muslim! Make them dress, behave, and live live Muslims. For example, instead of sending Sarah and Yousaf out on a date, they can have a chaperoned outing to the park or something. If they like each other, they can get married inshallah, then it will be halaal for them and halaal for you to play with ease if that will make you feel better by following certain rules when playing if you decide to do so inshallah. That's my advice. our Sims don't have to live or act like the kafir--they can do and be whatever you want them to be!! That's why so many people love the Sims mashaAllah! :ma:

So I try to chill out on both spiritual and physical states, my intention is clear, and I play it to refrain from outside sins (e.g. going out a lot, then getting into bad influences) especially since it's the holidays.

Allah is all-understanding, I am a 'child' anyway, I'm under 18 hehe

We're not Christians or Jews where we just choose what to follow/believe when it suits us. We have to take Islam from what the qur'aan and sunnah say. They are there for a reason.

My point exactly, sister Channa. Tell it to Cat Stevens, Channa, Yusuf Islam. Music is one of the purest and most beautiful creations of God Almighty who set the tone and rhythm of every sound in the universe. Music or singing like all the creations of God, that now const...itute an important part of our daily life, can be lawfully used or maliciously abused. Both music and singing are created pure, and beautiful like our fresh air and fresh water and they can be corrupted or polluted by evil-doers of every nationality, color or gender. The corruption of some music shows or songs does not make all the music or songs haram just like the pollution of some water or fresh air by some people will not deem all the water and air haram. Why should art or drawing be singled out? Alhamdulilah for art!

Aww how cute, the little sister hehe. I still feel like a kid sometimes. Don't worry sis. The Sims is so cool. One female Sim that I made was married four or five times! LOL. She had a stepdaughter that despised her, a beautiful daughter that resented her, and so many babies that she couldn't look after them all lol. Poor woman. I can't believe she had such a hard life lol. Subhan Allah. Ah yes. As a kid, you should have fun. Wouldn't you rather play a computer game than get caught up in something haraam.

There are thousands of Muslims who love games, the Sims, reading manga, and watching anime. This is not haraam. Why are you protesting a game? It's not violent or explicit in any way. Shouldn't you be more concerned about child *!*!*!*!ography, animal abusers, serial killers, drug dealers, and prostitution that a PC game??? It's not a big deal! imitating a creation of Allah is haram u cant draw something that looks like human with eyes with face etc especially if its not for purposes to educate people in a good way its prohibited even then u cant draw a complete human just some remarks that may indicate its a human.Majority of the big scholars would agree with my aswell So u are being extremist from ur comments this is what quran and sunnah tells u.No one really needs u or anyone to believe it.U can do what u want even if u dont pray a single prayer it wont harm anyone else but u.Islam wont change just because u want to change it or u dont like sadly it does not work like this ur wording and ur behaviour pretty much shows who is extremist here and is trying to get his point across.But refrain from calling it halal as if someone does that because they thought its halal thanks to ur comments and they started drawing living creatures aswell for art apparently it will also give u more sins so stop making a passive income of sins by calling something haram halal.U want to do it?Go do it But dont come on the forum and call it halal because then ur punishment maybe thousands of times more due to the amount of people who may start doing it also thanks to ur comments and music and musical instruments are haram also except 1 and u can hear men singing a good son that is good like praising Allah or something that is not bad.So yes these are the limitations of islam that u have to live with or u can transgress completely ur choice but refrain from calling it halal u can do whatever u want but dont call it halal as it will multiply ur sins for free and i dont think anyone would want Passive Income of bad deeds rather then good deeds.As its indeed the worst possible trade u could make in ur entire life ever.
