Is it possible?

Wa 'alaykum as-salaam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh.

Allaah obligates us to stick together, to stay with the Jamaa'ah of the Muslims and their Imaam (leader). Just as the Sahaabah (Companions) sticked together by following the Qur'aan and the Sunnah with the understanding of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam).

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allâh (i.e. this Qur'ân), and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allâh's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islâmic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus Allâh makes His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided.
[Aali 'Imraan (3): 113]

However, the Sahaabah and those who followed them distinguished themselves from the deviant sects that occured, such as the Khawaarij, Rawaafid (Shee'ah), Soofiyyoon etc.
That's why they called themselves Ahlus-Sunnah (wal-Jamaa'ah), Ahlul-Hadeeth, Ahlul-Athar, As-haabul-Hadeeth etc.

The call to unity between all Muslims comes from the astray sect called Ikhwaan al-Muslimeen, may Allaah put them on the Manhaj of the Salaf.

We do not unite leaving out our differences. This is not the way of the Salaf.
This is misguidance and may Allaah protect us from this misguidance and the people who call to it.

We follow the way of the Salaf, follow our Kibaar 'Ulamaa and follow the Jamaa'ah of the Muslimoon and their Imaam. It is not Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah (/Ahlul-Hadeeth/Salafiyyoon etc.) who divide.

We stick to the way of the Salaf and some people deviate, so it is they who go astray and divide this Ummah, not Ahlus-Sunnah. If those people (from the astray sects) will follow the way of the Salaf, we will unite. Until the Shee'ah and all the other sects give up their Kufr, Shirk and Bid'ah, we won't unite with them, neither did the Salaf of this Ummah

Comment on statements from the video:
Ibn Hajar (rahimahullaah) wasn't a Soofee and Ash'aree. This is a great lie.
