:salam2:,

i've seen many touching the door and walls of Kaaba and that too for a long time.

is it sunnah?

is it true that touching Kaa'ba door and walls washes away ones sins and Dua's are answered?

The walls: there is nothing in the sunnah. Anyone doing it believing it will benefit them is uneducated.

As for the door, there is evidence for making dua in that particular location (between the blackstone and the door of the ka'bah)

Good question actually but definitely don't think this is Sunnah.

During one of the religious talk, I heard the sheikh was telling the audience touching the Kaaba will invalidate their hajj / umrah (not sure what was his references).....in my opinion it boils down to what is their intention for doing so? I saw in the video many people was rubbing the Kaaba, for what reason? Was there any element of shirk?
