i'm sorry to hear about your problem. whenever one is invalidated from prayer. it's best to check under the hadiths regarding wudu and what breaks wudu or not. i do remember reading once about a man that had flatulence problems where he always broke wind. and it was ruled that he could still pray because he had a condition. it seems that you may have a condition. still, i'll try to find you some evidence in hadith.

i tried to find some ahadith on your problem. they weren't exactly on your problem but you can mention these hadith to your imam:

Narrated 'Aisha: We set out with the Prophet for Hajj and when we reached Sarif I got my menses. When the Prophet came to me, I was weeping. He asked, "Why are you weeping?" I said, "I wish if I had not performed Hajj this year." He asked, "May be that you got your menses?" I replied, "Yes." He then said, "This is the thing which Allah has ordained for all the daughters of Adam. So do what all the pilgrims do except that you do not perform the Tawaf round the Ka'ba till you are clean."

if you look at it from that perspective, you might be in fact able to pray, since we know that pilgrims to mecca spend most of their time in prayer, while on hajj. again mention these things to your imam for confirmation.

this a hadith regarding hadath i.e. breaking wind:

177

Narrated 'Abbas bin Tamim: My uncle said: The Prophet said, "One should not leave his prayer unless he hears sound or smells something."

i know this doesn't have to do with blood, but it is similar. again ask your imam if this could fall in the same realm. sorry that i couldn't be of more help

Does bleeding break one’s wudoo’?

Question:
I would like to know whether bleeding invalidates one’s prayer

Answer:

Praise be to Allaah.

We know of no evidence (daleel) to indicate that bleeding from any part of the body other than the vagina invalidates one’s wudoo’. The basic principle is that it does not break wudoo’. Acts of worship should be based on sound reports, so no one is permitted to say that any act of worship is prescribed by Islam unless he has evidence. Some scholars suggested that wudoo’ is broken if the amount of blood lost from any place other than the vagina is considered to be excessive. If a person in this condition does wudoo’ in order to be on the safe side, then this is good, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt.”

(Reported by al-Nisaa’i, 8/328; al-Tirmidhi, 7/221 Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi; al-Haakim, 2/13, 4/99).

And Allaah knows best.

Small amounts of bleeding from gums does not nullify wudoo'

Question:
I would like to know if when your making wudu, and blood comes from your teeth do you have to make wudu all over again, and when you make wudu, and you blow out blood do you have to start you wudu over again?

Answer:

Praise be to Allaah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.

May Allaah reward you for your question.

Regarding the effusion of blood from between the teeth, it does not nullify the wudoo' as long as it is minor (i.e. not profuse or a large amount), even if one ejects it from his mouth.

Allaah knows what is best and most correct.
