Here's Me Issuing My Own Fatwa

Here's my own fatwa okay?

Rasulullah spoke "Ikh fadhii (cut it low) wa laa tanhaki (not too much) fa innahu indharu lil wajhi (because it makes face look brighter) wa ahzha lizzauj (and it could be more accepted by the husband (HR.Abu Daud, al Bazzar, ath Thabrani and others).
And in Silsilah Hadits Shahihah (II/353-358)

Rasulullah Shalallahi 'Alaihi wa Sallam spoke "Idzal (when) taqal (meet ) khitaanani (2 Khitan: 2 circumcised) faqad wajabal ghusl (then it is obligated to do Ghusl (bath after Junub) (Tuhfah Al Maudud fi Ahkamil Maulud by ibn Qayyim al Jauziyyah)
And in Tamammul Minnah by Syaikh Al Albani (Muh.Nashiruddin in chapter Sunnah

As-salaamu `alaykum.

Typical... someone gets warned for issuing fataawaa and eventually banned, so then they pull out one of their few posts in which they (for the first time or so) mention some daleel (evidence, proof), as oppose to the many others in which they appear to be giving their own fatawaa, making claims without proofs etc. So we say, just because you have shown some evidence on a few limited occasions, that doesn't negate the fact that you have been issuing fataawaa, or not backing up your claims the majority of times. And hiding under the name of a Muslimah, wallaahu musta`aan!

As for the issue at hand, then no one is saying it is not from the sunnah, rather we say that the issue of it being waajib or not is one at dispute with the scholars, rahimahumullaah. However, there is no need for anyone to make such a statement; especially to a strange female (unless you were a mufti for example, responding to a question, in which case you're far from that)?! Where is the hayaa there, where is the adab there???

Wait till your 10 days are over inshaa' Allaah; and don't bother creating more accounts, your rantings will be removed.

EDIT: Actually I have had second thoughts, come back in 2 years, not 10 days!
