I am sorry brothers and sisters, I never mentioned my point for posting this clearly. the science crew never acknowledged that lightening was driven from space. They used to say that it is earths internal phenomenon. Then they went to all kind of extents to describe lightening. the ground has a plus or minus charge and the cloud has the opposite. My professor claimed they were random events. I tried to argue the muslim position, that it is from Allah, that simple. He claimed that lightening starts from the ground up to the clouds, the trigger was from the ground. because he was a physics professor, I was forced to shut up, because of grades you know.

Anyways they are saying now they believe the trigger of lightning is cosmic rays. subhanAllah.
