:SMILY176:From the posting you have learned my name. f any one can help with my inquiry i would be very please to have understanding. Breifly I hope that I can explain and I can get an understanding to my questions. I one point I was very interested in Islam, there have been things that I have incountered that make me no longer interested.
1. My husband has turned to Islam which I have no problem, there has been times when brothers where we live are insisting on him marrying someone else he has expressed to them he does not want that is there any reason that they have the right to disreguard his feelings and all he is trying to do is live his life as allah guides him. There is nothing that i know of that says "he has to have more than one wife"? Atleast nothing I know of.
2. When a muslim women has no walee (I'm not sure if I spelled right please forgive me) is it permisiable for her to continue to persue a man when she is aware of a law abided marriage and he has also refused her?
3. IF a man decides to become muslim and has married a women yrs. before he has made this descision and the wife has practice christianity for yrs (they were together) does she have to be muslim as well right away, being as though there is a lot of change? The wife doesn't stand in the way of religious belief and supportive.
4.I know I am to sat aside culture, one of my issues are I refer to some gospel songs that tend to lift my spirits and make me happy I am also able to minster to others through song. I feel as though if I can't sing I'm bottled up how can I follow my husband if I have this delema. This a gift I have been blessed with, I don't sing when my husband is around so that I don't be disrespctful. I don't know what to do?

I have alot more questions but won't over do it as we are blessd with the days there will be plenty time for more and I am ok with that.
In my conclusion maybe someone will be able to help me with these questions so that I will be able to move foward in this journey. I look forward to a response. :(

You are most welcome , I shall try to answer your questions :
((1. Atleast nothing I know of. ))

I think that those brothers has no right to do so, since you are respecting his choise. Nothing in Islam say that he must marry again .

((2. When a muslim women has no walee (I'm not sure if I spelled right please forgive me) is it permisiable for her to continue to persue a man when she is aware of a law abided marriage and he has also refused her? ))

I think any good muslem man who is known in the comunity can be a walee for muslem women.

((3. IF a man decides to become muslim and has married a women yrs. before he has made this descision and the wife has practice christianity for yrs (they were together) does she have to be muslim as well right away, being as though there is a lot of change? The wife doesn't stand in the way of religious belief and supportive.))

I think that Islam doesn`t force any one to be a muslem , Islam is faith : matter of hearts so the wife doesn`t have to convert only incase she has faith in the pure monotheism of Islam.

((4.I know I am to sat aside culture, one of my issues are I refer to some gospel songs that tend to lift my spirits and make me happy I am also able to minster to others through song. I ( being a muslem) that Islam most important issue is lifting spirits not by songs but by true change within , by knowing who is our creator and directing hearts, souls towards his glory.

with best wishes
