in Africa,when you want to marry a woman you go to her parents home with your parents,relatives and friends to introduce yourselves and your intentions.thereafter they tell you what the want in exchange for the woman.then you give in gifts in wealth or can just give cash to the parents and the rest.After the occasion the woman is given to you and you can take her and live with her as your wife.How does Islam judge this? is it legal in Islam
