Meaningful?

You know sometimes when you think something meaningless appears to be meaninful?
Thats what I'm feeling now.
I was reading the Holy Qur'an and I suddenly became aware of a spider on my hand. I don't like spiders and I was startled. I flicked my hand automatically, without thinking and jumped up. I lost my bookmark and now don't know which Surah I'm on. Before reading this I had the intention of reading the Holy Qur'an properly, and understanding the meaning and beauty of it, instead of rushing. What does this mean? I am scared.
Has anything ever happened to you which other people think is meaningless but you feel means something?

it may be Shaytan trying to stop you from doing what you intend to do.. just say "Audhu billahi mina shaytan" and keep going.
