Here's the list of Military Leaders in Islamic History :

*Khalid Bin Waleed - The sword of Allah
won numerous battles for Arab Muslims in the Roman Syria,Roman Egypt and Persian fronts.He helped defeat the Byzantine forces at the Battle of Yarmouk.This battle is also considered to be one of Khalid ibn al-Walid's most decisive victories, and cemented his reputation as one of the greatest military strategists and cavalry commanders of the Medieval Ages.

*Tariq Bin Ziyad - Conqueror of Andalusia
conquered Al-Andalus(Spain) at the Battle of Guadalete.

*Salahuddin - Liberator of the Holy LandSultan of Egypt and Syria, was a 12th-century Kurdish Muslim political and military leader from Tikrit, Iraq. At the height of his power, the Ayyubid dynasty he founded ruled over Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Hejaz, and Yemen. He is renowned for leading Muslim resistance to the European Crusaders and eventually recapturing Palestine from the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem. As such, he remains a widely admired figure in Arab and Kurdish culture.

1. Muhammad (Allah Peace be upon him)

2. Hamza ibn ‘Abd al-Muttalib (r.a). Hamza was known as Lion of God (Arabic أسد الله) and Lion of Heaven (Arabic: أسد الجنة) for his bravery. Among the champions of early Islam, few have rivaled his reputation in battle

3.umar bin al -khattab (r.a)

4.Uthman bin Affan third caliph

5. Ali bin Abi Talib fourth caliph (Hazrat Ali wass the most for The Use of distinct weapon.And his name dose not contain Muhammad as Initial.The full name is "ALI IBN-e-ABI TALIB.)


6.Khalid ibn al-Walid - 592-642, Arab general, undefeated in over 100 battles against both the Roman and Persian empires


7 Zirrar ibn al-Azwar - Brilliant Muslim warrior under Rashidun Caliphate, often referred as half nacked warrior, because of his act of fighting with out armor and shirt in the battle field.


8. Qa'qa ibn al-Amr - Brilliant Muslim warrior under Rashidun Caliphate, was part of Muslim conquest of Persia and Roman Syria.

MashaAllah, we have so many heros.....
where are they nowdays....?
How we expect them to come, like Salahuddin Al- Ayyubi....freed the Palestine from oppresion.
Like Tariq ibn Ziyad, like Khalid ibn Walid................
Hard to find these kind of men now. How sadly
