Miracles or lies?

to everyone!hoping that you all are in good health and Imaan,I wish to share some matters that may interest you or maybe the ones who had a similar experience.
I'd liked to d it in the italian section, but I prefere to write it here to make you know what some people in Italy do when they "thank" God.
do you know the existence of the "madonna of Medjugorje,Fatima,Lourdes?"
and the story of a priest called "padre Pio,or Francesco da Pietralcina?""the miracle of the blood of San Gennaro at Napoli" and "Natuzza Evolo"
ok,these are few of the many religious matters that Italians argue.I've heard many people who said that they had a dream of a pious man(like the pope Johann Paul 2nd,padre pio,Maryam...)in a periode in which they were really sick:they maybe were ill of cancer or they couldn't walk for a bone-desease...then,after having heard the words of that pious presence, they unbelievably got healed.
the sick people who went to the pilrimnage to Lourdes,Medjugorje or Fatima, said to have felt an energy running in their veins and in some cases they got healed by praying the statue of Maryam and asking her to make them the grace.
Now,after a little summary of what in Italy happens when someone supposes that a good thing comes from the intercession of an object and he calls it a miracle, what does it happen in other parts of the globe?is there such a disbelieveing like here?
who was the presence which healed those sick people?can it be a way to cathalize the attention of the weak people who are disposed to worship anything it is asked them, just to make them to forget the only one God?
Please share here your feelings and if anybody had such an experience can expalin it?I'm really curious to know how can be possible for a human to get in touch with the deads' soul and why they all say to pray the cross or Maryam instead of God the Almighty:wasalam:

Praying to anything else other than Allaah, or even making them an intercessor between us and Allaah is shirk. No doubt. Even the kuffars of Makkah thought like this and they attributed intercessory powers to the statues and said they had special qualities. So these type of things are clearly kufr and disbelief and if anything actually (so called miracle does happen) by praying to this statues and idols, remember that Allaah guides a man where ever he wants to be guided.

Put your mind at ease, nothing of the sort happens in real life. As a former Catholic I also know of these claims, there are no concrete proofs of these 'miracles' happening. Personally, I think a group of people get together and fabricate a story so that their town or city is highlighted and pilgrims flock to the area for financial reasons.

As a muslim you should know that blessed Maryam, mother Jesus (pbuh) is dead and is in the grave and is awaiting resurruction. She cannot hear what anybody says and she cannot intercede on our behalf as Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala clearly states in the Holy Qur'an that nobody can intercede for us but we have to supplicate directly to Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala. Also, if you are a muslim you cannot believe in the cross because we do not believe that Jesus (pbuh) was not crucified, therefore the symbol of the cross is just two bits of wood nailed together. Catholicism is full of superstition and part pagan beliefs, don't forget it is mixed with Roman pagan beliefs from the time of the Empire.

Put your mind at ease and forget about these gobbledegooks and read the Holy Qur'an for crystal clear clarification. Make dua before you go to bed and seek guidance from Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala.

thank you for your replies,I'll surely make du'a before going to sleep and wash all my thought from the mind.I was thinking that the influence of the pope in Italy could influence the personality of many people making them believe what's false

Hi Hayat, as a former catholic I must agree with Tomtom about the so-called "miracles". Anyway I think the topic could be interesting and useful for all the brothers and sisters in Italy, so I'll post as soon as possible something in the italian section.:SMILY259:

Ya Rab! Forgive me..
Salaam sister..
I have one such story. I think its a little funny. I dont mean to mock them but I think its a little ridiculous... I went to school with one girl. She was very studeous, always studying at her desk while the rest of us ran riot. She never socialised with anyone either (only when we asked to copy her work :p)
She fell off a horse and broke her legs. One night, she claimed she got very bad fever and was on "hallucinogenic" medication (admitted). She had a dream that a huge angel commanded her to go to the sports field in the middle of the night. So she (in a wheelchair) made it down the hill to the field. There the angel came to her (it was big and bright and had a sword) and told her to stand up and walk... and she did and she suddenly was able to walk.
She addressed the entire school the next day, the casts were off her legs and she was fine....
I was a little humoured by the story if nothing else... but didnt know really what to make of it. I suppose in her case she might have had a little nervous breakdown (plus the medication).... but the miraculous recovery - who knows....

Dont have an explanation - just wanted to share the story....

Quran makes things clear:

Recite unto them the story of Abraham: (69) When he said unto his father and his folk: What worship ye? (70) They said: We worship idols, and are ever devoted unto them. (71) He said: Do they hear you when ye cry? (72) Or do they benefit or harm you? (73) They said: Nay, but we found our fathers acting on this wise. (74) He said: See now that which ye worship, (75) Ye and your forefathers! (76) Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds, (77) Who created me, and He doth guide me, (78) And Who feedeth me and watereth me. (79) And when I sicken, then He healeth me, (80) And Who causeth me to die, then giveth me life (again), (81) And Who, I ardently hope, will forgive me my sin on the Day of Judgment. (82) My Lord! Vouchsafe me wisdom and unite me to the righteous.
