Sister shyhijabi, the only one who can go in to try and rescue him is the son's father. He's already being watched because he grew his beard. so if he goes to al shabab and tries to get his son back, they will ask him to join them and he doesn't want to, and if he doesn't they will most likely kill him as he said. and also the so called government there is watching him as well, so if he goes near anywhere where al shabab is and he is found near there, then he will either be jailed or killed by the government. however he has paid people to try and rescue him...and they could not find him. i don't know what the father will do next, however the mother is weeping extremely since that was her first born...she's about to go insane. wasalamu alaykum
ps: there is no authority there. people are fighting over who should be the leader. they are killing one another. the government wants no part of the Islamic shareeah and the groups who oppose such as al shabab and other groups want the islami shareeah. but then al shabab and another islamic group called ahlul sunnah are killing each other because each thinks the other is in the wrong doing. and trust there are like other 100s of groups doing the same in somalia...so until they ALL return to the deen...people are gonna be massacred. women and children are fleding somalia to places that they are unwanted like yemen and saudi arabia (they are EXTREMELEY discriminated in many parts of those two countries..many somalis are thrown over board while on the boat by yemeni boat drivers...HOWEVER there are MANY YEMENIS who do want to help these people out.) somalia has been at war for now 20 years. sometimes with ethiopia, usa, and many times, with themselves. they've been divided and conquered. ugh.
