muslim countries not helping

i really want to ask this question to the arabs, i am from east africa and most of you know what's is going on there, i came to america 5 years ago.
my familly used to go to the arab countries especially saudi arabia, but everytime they were seen by the police they were deported to their homeland, they didn't really care if their homeland was safe.my uncle told me all they asked was "hey came here do u have a passpor" and then you go to jail for weeks and next you are in your country.
so i want to ask why don't the muslim countries help the refugees in africa.?
all i know is the countries who are not muslim are helping us when we don't get any help from a muslim country.

I'm from east africa too....and let me tell you, it's because they listen to the Americans. if you are from America and you show them the american passport they're all like "hey welcome you american". they give whatever you want as long as you have an american passport. but if you are african and have no "american passport" or you are some other foreign person...well good luck, they call u names and taunt you. however there are nice civilians....the government and some civilians are bad though. anyways they call the africans "hemar" meaning "donkey". I love Saudi Arabia but hey i don't want to be enslaved there. anyways...are u a girl or boy?
