You see, can any one tell me a way to highlight the lines on a Pdf file..?

I have seen a Pdf in which there were so many highlighted lines.. But the person who did it never teach me the way,,,

I hope some one would help me INSHA ALLAH

Use FOXIT READER . you can do anything to a PDF file with this software as you with MS Word

Dear Sister,
You can easily highlight with help of adobe acrobat pro.
what you have to do is.
click comment>>show comment and mark-up toolbar.
when small box opens,click on four option(with t sign)
then,start highlighting.
