So I went on vacation recently, and while on vacation I met a girl. We talked, while I was there, and I saw her for about a week every day. Her parents and mine are close friends. Anyway the first time I saw her I fell in love with her, and I couldn’t keep my mind off her. I thought I would get over her soon, because now I’m home, and I haven't seen her or talked to her for about a month. However I still can’t stop thinking about her, and Ive been praying to Allah to show me the right way every night. One night I prayed a lot, and thats when I had a dream. She was in the dream, and she was the only one in it. She had white cloths on that had blue designs in them. The cloths looked like what the average muslim women would wear, but she didn’t have a hijab on. In the dream I was trying to get to her but I couldn’t. Thats all I remember, but what does this dream mean? What should I do? What would the dream mean if I was with her? Last night I asked Allah whether it would be better to just forget about her or not, and thats when I had another dream. Again she was in it, and we were in a shoe store. For some reason I kept picking up white shoes, and I heard if theres white in your dreams then theres something good that will come out of the situation, but I'm not too sure.

What I can tell you is you are so very young. And we are told not to mix. When a young man and young lady are together..well things happen. Your minds sail you around the universe. Young love is so very sweet. You know I think I'm jealous. Never will I ever feel what you are feeling right now.
As an old curmudgeon I would say get a job and get busy. If you are mature and serious and want to marry ask your parents..
But I do not think you are thinking about marriage..
I do not mean to sound cruel..

welcome to the forum brother.Dreams many times are a way for the mind to free some feelings and fears that in the reality are not possible nor to show neither to express.so you like that girl in the reality but you haven't the courage to show her your feelings,then you saw her in the dream but you couldn't reach her:you fear to lose her but you still haven't the strenght to risk your life.she didn't wear hijab:the veil is sign that there is something unsaid,so if she had no veil,maybe she has nothing to hide,she's genuine.the white shoes are sign of trust and hopeness.you kept them in your hands.you're trusty but worried.you should wear your shoes and make a travel to verify with your eyes.

I can't believe how you literally picked out how I feel about this girl. Its true I don't have the courage to tell her how I feel, and yes I do fear to loose her. As for something unsaid she told me she wanted to talk to me in private, but that never happened. One thing about the white shoes is that in the dream I told her that those specific white shoes were the nicest ones, but she didn't want them. Yet I kept coming back to them.

brother, you have been thinking about her so much...its possible it was only your mind fantasies. and Allah knows best!
so lets get back to real life and if you feel that you (and she) are mature enough to marry and she is good muslimah and can be a good wife....pray salah istikhara and meet her wali (muslim male relative like father,etc) for her hand.
even if she disagree...life doesnt end there bro...go ahead and keep making duas to Allah to bless you with a better righteous wife.

The "right way" is simple. Talk to your parents, tell them the situation. Its better than writing on internet. If you like her so much, then tell her dad. Otherwise, stop fretting and get on with your school work.
