I have a question

I just got a job at a dental office as a receptionist. The Dr. asked me how much salary i was looking for(keep in mind its per hour) but I wasn’t sure how much to ask for…so if anyone has ever worked a as dental receptionist or type of receptions plz share with me…I want to make sure I get the right amount
oh and i live in usa(va) to be more specific

I live in the US, and used to be a receptionist. As far as I know, the average receptionist makes around $11.00 per hour, give or take a dollar or two. You might be able to get a little more, considering your office is run by a dentist, who may have a little extra money than another company would. Hope I helped you a little.
