Need your help

Assalamoalaikum,

I want to bake bread and I have bought this bottle of yeast so I'm thinking if I should use it or not. The ingredients are listed only as Natural yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). I am unsure if I should use this product or not. I don't know how it is produced even though I tried to find some information about.

I have been looking for halal yeast in my region for a long time and this was the closest I could get. Are there any people studying food sciences here or chemistry who can help me with this?
