Need Your Suggestion about websites/blogs for guest posting

I want some websites/ blogs to make blog post on it and also want to add a link of my site in blog roll. So please tell me those websites/blogs with following requirements:

1) websites/blogs should be hosted in USA
2) Websites/blogs should be having a good page Rank
3) There should be less outbound links but maximum inbound links

If the guest blogs are related to Religion, Education related than it would be more preferable.

I want these websites/blogs at very urgent bases.
