I'm Alicia, 27 yrs old living in The Divided States of Americares NOT!
I have a lot of passions but none which compare to my love for Allah!
I was raised Christian but converted to Islam when I was 22...
I will go into depth on that transitions other time....
Although I've never been to the Middle East I have always felt a connection to the people/land. I am no stranger to being "different" so the fact that "my country" disagrees with my views is not surprising.
I've always had a thirst for knowledge & truth...
I don't watch TV...
Ive always been modest....
(I feel n love w/ the hijab b4 even knowing the Quran)
I could care less about Drinking liquor or clubbing/partying....
I don't eat unhealthy foods...
Ahh...maybe it's cause I have tried these things and I know for a fact that these are the very evil elements that Americans think of as freedom...
But they
Are simply BLINDERS...
Like numbing mechanisms... Antidotes for knowledge.... so the citizens of this country don't have the mental capacity or the will to question events...
My peers care more about the SuperBowl (Doesn't that come on tonight?) and Kim Kardashians baby daddy's or whatever
Me I care about humanity
My culture (Native....Cherokee)
Spirituality
Equality
Wisdom
And much more....lol
