:salam2: Dear Brothers And Sister,

Hope you all are in the best state of your Spiritual and Physical Health.
While in Abu Dhabi I noticed that there is No Adhan & Muezzin in any Masaajids of Abu Dhabi except in Sheik Zayed Mosque. They give Adhan only in Sheikh Zayed Masjid and with the help of tranismitters it is transmitted to all the others Masajids in Abu Dhabi and with the help of microphone in every masjid they listen to it, then there is no Adhan in any other Masjid. I was thinking is it right that they give adhan only in one Masjid and the others (Aprox. 250 Masajids) are just offering salah without adhan in their masjids?

If you find any fatwa on this please provide it.

Salam!

MashAllah I really liked the idea. Sure it's Halal as they wouldn't have done it without asking a sheikh.

They do it in order to have an unified adhaan system. Before there was some difference when the muezzin used to make the adhaan. It specially removes the confusion in Ramadan time, as they are adhaan going off at different times.

They have a religious affairs authority who oversee all these issues. I am quite sure they have ulema who approve of such kind of a system.
