Necip Fazil (poet) asked Abidin Dino (painter):
“Why don’t you believe in Allah?”
Abidin gave this marvelous reply, which made him lose it all, but made everyone else gain a lot:
“I fear: if I believe once, I may not be able to raise my head up from prostration…..” ...........................................................................
The following narrative really touched my heart:
Hazrat Fatima was getting worse each day. She was waiting for death because she had received good news from Hazrat Mohammad (saw), “You will be the first one who will meet me after my death”.
An old companion went to visit Hazrat Fatima. He saw her a little bit worried. He asked her:
“Is it the fear of death?”
She answered, “Indeed, no! I am worried about and afraid of being seen even though I will be wrapped with a shroud and on the plank of a coffin”.
In Paradise, there will not be anything left as ability except good deeds in human nature. While the Messenger of Allah (saw) was telling about his daughter’s sensitivity about this issue, he informed that “While she is introduced to the inhabitants of Paradise, it will be announced, “O, the inhabitants of Paradise! Close your eyes, for the (Monumental) Sample of Chastity – Fatima is coming!”
