One simple way to prove that Mohammed(pbuh) was truly a prophet

This is an interesting story from Prophet's life which shows his sincerity and refutes any claim that he was a liar or claimed prophethood for other reasons..

Abu Talib, the Prophet’s uncle to whose safeguarding ‘Abd al-Muttalib entrusted him, undertook the Prophet’s maintenance when he was yet eight years old and, after his declaration of Prophethood, protected him against the Quraysh for ten years. The Prophet, upon him be peace and blessings, loved his uncle very deeply and desired his conversion very much. However, a verse came and admonished the Prophet against this desire of his which nearly drove him to death: You guide not whom you love, but God guides whom He wills. He is best aware of those who are guided (al-Qasas, 28.56). What would have prevented the Prophet, if he were the author of the Qur’an, from falsely declaring that his uncle had accepted Islam?

Asalaamu'Alykum,

Thats very true, i just noticed that.

There is another example i think:

It is established in both sahih collections through Abd Allah Wahb, who said, "I was by Yunus Yazid from Ibn Shihab, who told him, 'It was related to me by Urwa Al-Zubayr that A'isha (May Allah (S.W.T) be pleased with them all!) related to him that she said to the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W), "Has any day been harder on you than that of the battle of Uhud?"

He replied, "The worst I suffered from your people was the day of al-'aqaba, when I presented myself to Ibn Abdu Yalil Abd Kalal, and he refused my request to him. I wandered off, dazed and depressed, only came to myself at Qarn al-Tha'alib. I raised my head and there above me was a cloud. Looking up, I saw Gabriel in it, and he called out to me, saying, 'Allah has heard what your people said to you, and how they rejected you. He has sent to you the angel of the mountain for you to order him to do with them whatever you like.
'

"Then the angel of the mountain called out to me in greeting and said, 'O Muhammad, Allah has sent me. Allah has heard what your people said to you. I am the angel of the mountain' your Lord has sent me to you to order me to do whatever you wish. If you wish, you can bring down the two mountains the Akhshabayn upon them.' The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) replied, 'I hope that Allah will bring forth from their loins those who will worship Allah and associate no other god or person with Him"

Edit: Was just having doubt about the above example, sorry if it is inappropriate.

Alhamdulilah
