but i hope that those of us who can download or can buy will not go for it. so that those who cant, can get a chance to get for FREE.

because, i dont think the center can afford loads and loads of free distribution which might affect the process in the long run.

In the general informations on the page, they have mentioned that they will verify the forms and will give top priority to the New Muslims and those who lives in places where its diffiicult to get Islamic Books. Especially in the Non-Muslim countries.

That does not mean others can't. If there comes a time needed for stock control, I am sure that these brothers and/or sisters are clever enough to take appropriate actions inshaAllah.

All those who read this thread, please make Du'a for those who are behind this huge work. Ask Allah to make it easy for them and reward them abundantly.
