Well, what do YOU think? I am sure you are clever, and old enough really...it shouldn't even be a question..but the decision at the end of the day is yours and you will be questionned about it? I mean don't you like praying, aren't you glad to a muslim, the one who submit to God, who knows the truth, aren't you grateful for everything you have...?
We should repent every Day, evry free minute, whenever you have time...
Besides partying isnt an islamic etiquette, and as for repending when you are older, what garanty do you have, how sure are you that you will be living tomorrow? I have just heard the death of a sister at the masjiid, just 1 hour ago, she was a mother, a wife, she had responsabilities... yet her day had come, God knows her future... You will die, what have you prepared, forget about partying, think ahead, think when you'll die.. subhnallah, can't say anything more
