It is narrated by Uthman ibn Affan [RA] that the Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said, "One who performs 'Isha' prayer in congregation, is as if he has performed prayers for half of the night. And one who performs the Fajr prayer in congregation, is as if he has performed prayers the whole night.".

[Muslim]

Lessons

- There is another narration from Uthman [RA] that mentions, “He who attends 'Isha’ in congregation, is as if he has performed Salat for half of the night; and he who attends 'Isha’ and Fajr prayers in congregation, is as if he has performed Salat for the whole night.” [Tirmidhi] Based on the narrations, we can see the great virtue of praying Isha and Fajr in congregation.

- Simple actions done consistently are more beloved to Allah than sporadic actions. Many people worship Allah during the nights in Ramadan only to sleep through and miss Fajr in congregation in the morning.
