Question about a possibility of a case of....

...apostacy.

I have a particular hypothetical case scenario in mind that I would like a clarification regarding it. I'll just right away ask it:
Suppose that someone apostacizes in an Islamic state, yet he is still willing to abide the Law and does not rebel('does not reveal his apostacising' would be a nice bonus). Would he then still be executed with the capital punishment, irrespective thereof?

yes i think he will be executed.

bcoz remaining a muslim is also a part of Islamic law in Islamic state. so how can u say that he will abide by Islamic Law later when he has broken it by leaving Islam?

also, he can create fitnah and other weak muslims might follow him. so its better to stop the evil in the first place itself.

whts the use of living after he have left guidance? better be executed!

PS: u said he does not reveal his apostacy, so u mean he become non-muslim in heart?then he cant be executed bcoz its not our duty to tear the chest of muslims and look into their hearts.

salaam aleykom brother, a Muslim is not an arab, turk, pakistani etc. Nor is a muslim one born to so called muslim parents or one with a muslim or arab name. A Muslim is one who submits to God's will and islam is a mercy from God to mankind and a blessing. any so called ex muslim is bogus and nothing more than the above mentioned cases. however, q'uran is very clear about logic, reason and research. it is also clear on freedom of religion. it is a mistake to say islam orders execution and it is actually making God appear desperate. As if Allah needs us and besides if a person rejects faith and pretends he still a muslim, such is islam would not be accepted and it is illogical anyways. it is one thing if the person is causing trouble and war on islam but to kill just because he no longer believes is not correct but thats what so called islamic countries do today. the same countries with corrupt leaders will execute an ignorant person yet refuse to allow islam to be truly practised nor do they educate them
