Question about cheese????

Does anybody know?

I found Cabot Vermont cheese that stated on the package (has no animal rennet) does that mean its okay to consume?

Anyone please let me know and thanks in advance

Actually Cabot cheese makes halal cheese, not all of them are but a majority of the blocks of cheeses are.

But the one I found doesn't say halal or kosher on the label should I assume by no animal rennet in the cheese mean its halal?
