Asalamualikum warehmatullahi wa barakatahu Dear sisters and brothers in islam i wanted to know that whether in our supplication can we ask to Allah subhanawatala to us wealth and prosperity in this world and also heareafter?? Actually i always ask Allah to give us sufficient wealth so that we can live a good standard of living, make our child go to a good islamic school and many other things Am i Wrong by asking all these things??? And also my dad is a born muslim whereas my hubby is a reverted muslim but my dad always says my hubby that a good muslim always lives in poverty if he have money and everything he have to leave all these things and live in poverty is it true??? Also i know that our prophets lived a very simple life but now a days we cant even do a single task without having enough money for eg if i want my child to study in a good islamic it also have some amount o fee which i have to pray and as every body of us know that there are different sect which always wants everybody to go to the wrong path we have to be very sure that our children goes to the right school and everything so what do i do?? And also i ask Allah Aubhanawatala to give me and my hubby a good ang long life so that we can help our child go to the right path inshaAllah and live happily because i lost my Mum at a very small age and hence there were lots and lots of problem in my life so i dont want my actually i dont want anybody to loose there mother or father at a very small age... So is it correct????
