Question to marriaged/engaged couples

Assalam alakum

I wonder, If anything changed in your life after you started thinking about marriage ?

I dont mean the process of ''lets find someone'' but i mean the process which is after finding that person and being more serious with a specific person about marriage.

Like, after you started thinking about marriage with her/him, sometimes you find yourself thinking about this world too much because you cant think about life in akhirat as you did before. Before you were trying to work for akhirat more, you didnt have much passion for this world but now your heart became busy with this world more than before (at least you feel like that, maybe its sheitan who whispers you that because you try to do something halal)

I wonder if thats a normal situation for people who did not get married yet or is there something going wrong with you

Marriage means additional set of responsibilities on ur shoulder, but thinking much of it wud held you to materialize, in order to take heed of such unwanted satanic whispers, we'll have to study more and more about how our beloved Prophet [saw] lived along with the wonderful stories [marriage related] of his beloved companions [ra], hope thats clear

And after knowing all the relevant information, I guess you cud be a person to provide suggestions to others as well, who knws
