salaam, need help on two questions:

1, is it permissible for women to shake hands when they meet each other

2, is the janazah valid for male who hgas had his body pierced including earings

It is permissible (even recommended) for muslim women to shake hands when they meet each other.

For question number two, I hope there're brothers and sisters here can give explanation (fatwa) from Islamic scholars.
