Basically, he is teaching a magic spell using Ayah of Qur'an to introduce hatred between two persons...Aaoozubillah!
* According to the founder of Tableegh Jamaat Maulani Ilyaas himself as quoted in the book "Malfuzaat E Maulvi Ilyaas Shahab" Malfooz number 56, which says
