The US Harvard University has posted a verse of the Holy Quran at the entrance of its faculty of law, describing the verse as one of the greatest expressions for justice in history, a Saudi newspaper reported on Sunday.

Verse 135 of Sura Al Nisa (women chapter) has been posted at a wall facing the faculty’s main entrance, dedicated to the best phrases said about justice.

A Saudi student who studies at Harvad published a picture of the poster in his Twitter page, according to the Saudi Arabic language daily Ajel.

“I noticed that the verse was posted by the faculty of law, which described it as one of the greatest expressions for justice in history,” Abdullah Jumma said.

Harvard University was established in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1636 as the oldest institution of higher learning in the United States.

Assalaam alaikum,

Be careful now. Look at some of the law professors there. As one student put it for a particular professor there all you had to do was take a box of crayons and draw an Israeli flag and you got an A.

Assalaam alaikum,

Here is a little background on him:

was born in Brooklyn, graduated from Yeshiva University High School and Brooklyn College. At Yale Law School, he graduated first in his class and served as editor-in-chief of the Yale Law Journal. After clerking for Chief Judge David Bazelon and Justice Arthur Goldberg, he was appointed to the Harvard Law School faculty at age 25 and became a full professor at age 28, the youngest in the school's history. Since that time, he has taught courses in criminal law, psychiatry and law, constitutional litigation, civil liberties and violence, comparative criminal law, legal ethics, human rights, the Bible and justice, great trials, neurobiology and the law, and a collaborative philosophy course called "Thinking About Thinking."

alan dershowitz. I have doubts that drawing the Israeli flag on the final exam yields an A in the course, especially in the #3 best university in the world. But assuming it is a fact, the act of one douche does not disrupt the integrity of the entire school.

Besides, the whole point of this thread was to give evidence that the justice system of the Qur'aan inspires even the non-muslims

Assalaam alaikum,

You have the right to your doubts. The crayon remark was made by a former student in one of his classes.

Harvard is not a bad school. But, do me a favor and look at the history of the school. Look at the connections of the school. Make up your own mind.

My question is be careful. The Jews changed the Word of Allah subhana wa taala. What makes you think it can't be done now.
