:salam2: brothers and sisters, hope everyones good.
i just wanted to ask if its haram to do property investment as a side job.i mean whilst working in a normal job, but also on the side doing property development.i heard its haram to buy properties when you dont need them? but what if your buying them for a return and helping the cause of islam (donateing alot from the return to a good cause) ???? as im liveing in the UK iv seen it that thats a really good way into gettin a return and spend it in a good way...i think i have opportunities to get into the property investment ladder..but was thinking will it be haram, although il spend most of my return towards a good cause?
