reciting surah yasin on laylat al qadr?

:salam2:

a lot of people seem to read surah yasin numerous times on the 27th night... my question is, is this part of the sunnah, and are there any hadith on this?

Assalamu alykum

is there anything weong with reciting Surah Yasin on Laylatul Qadr?
Maybe they do it because it is the heart of the Quran???...and good on them!

it should not be wrong if u read by urself. but u should not impose it on others as if its obligatory.

also one should be moderate. not like that " oh..i must recite it today otherwise it will be sin".
