Flavoured curd? You think like marscapone cheese to add vanilla?

You can use mascarpone cheese and add some vanilla to it but here in the store are flavored curds for baking, like tasting as white chocolate lime, pear caramel, lemon, strawberry etc. I am not sure if curd is right translation, as its other name is quark.

And good luck to you rhubarbs. I still have some more in freezer but fresh one is the best of course.
