This guy can either be muslim or non-muslim, it doesn't matter.

We all know people like mark, we will more than likely come into contact with people like mark.

????? is there an answer to this?

You said, "we all know people like Mark. And, there's a high probability we will come in contact with people like Mark... but, you also said, "He can only do it in Michigan and no where else"! so.... How is that ?????

no 10. says that all 10 statements are false. If no. 10 is true, then no 10 itself is false, which would in turn mean that it is actually true, but this would mean that it is false, and so on (liar's paradox)

Therefore, no 10 cannot be true which means that it must be false! Hence no. 1 is definitely true.

Next if no 9 is true, it implies that it is false (1 is already true because 10 is false) and that leads to another paradox so no 9 cannot be true. it must be false and no 2 is therefore true.

continuing like this we can assign truth values to all 10 statements.
1. true (since 10 is false)
2. true (since 9,10 are false)
3. true (since 8,9,10 are false)
4. true (since 7,8,9,10 are false)
5. true (since 6,7,8,9,10 are false)
6. false (cannot be true, since 1,2,3,4 are true)
7. false (cannot be true, since 1,2,3 are true)
8. false (cannot be true, since 1,2 are true)
9. false (cannot be true, since 1 is true)
10. false (cannot be true)

answer: 5 statements are true and 5 are false.

10. false (cannot be true)

To be honest I don't know the correct answer to this riddle.

Yours seem to answer it.

Ok, here is another one for you.

Why was the man able to pass three cars going 70 miles-per-hour, while he was going only 60 miles-per-hour?

inflation reduces worth!

2007 > 2006, what's the question?
actually due to inflation it may be possible that
worth of 2007 pennies < worth of 2006 pennies

I mean that due to inflation, the cost of making the 2007 pennies is> that 2006 pennies. 2007 pennies therefore worth more, because in reality, it cost more to produce.
