AMMAN, (PIC)-- The second conference on the Palestinian refugees right of return (RoR) held in Amman, Jordan, has declared that there will be no substitute homeland for the Palestinian people.
The conference issued a final statement on Sunday evening lashing out at all agreements and initiatives that infringed or might infringe on the right of return.
The statement called for confronting Israeli attempts to enforce more Palestinian emigration out of the homeland.
It defended the Palestinian people’s right to resist occupation of their land and called for supporting them in protecting the Aqsa Mosque and all Islamic and Christian holy shrines in occupied Jerusalem.
The statement asked all Palestinian factions to shun differences and to unite on one national program that adopts resistance.
The statement finally called for providing Palestinian refugees in all host countries with their basic civil and humanitarian rights.
The second Conference of Return was organized by the Jordanian Engineers Association in cooperation with the Jordanian Society for the return of refugees.
