As soon as i prayed maghrib salah i was really tired because i woke up 4am to pray tahajjud but soon after maghrib i fell asleep thus missing isha salah my brother woke me up (i was in the living room) and i went to sleep in bed, i woke up 4am again but realised that i forgot to pray isha salah i prayed it and finished it at 4:13am the same time that fajr salah starts so my question is,

is my isha salah valid or not and if it is not valid how can i make up for it?

As far as I know [please correct me brothers and sisters] that you may perform your Isha Salah before the tahajjud ends. So in your case if you offered ur Isha Salah and then the Tahajjud Salah within the valid time for Tahajjud or before the end time for Tahajjud and concluded with Witr, then I guess you are done with your Isha Salah.
