Nadir is pronounced actually "Natheer" "نذير" I'm used to the french transcription, whihc means warner
You may find the name Nadir in some dictionary which is latin transcription of the arabic word نظير.

Glad you explained. I thought it's the Arabic word نادر (Naadir) which means rare. Another possibility is نضير (Nadheer) which means blooming.

TRue I forgot that one, maybe because it's not taht commun, probably here in Algeria, where u might find the feminine version of taht نضيرة
Anyway, the information sharing is starting well, I'm loving this forum
