wa3laykum salaam warahmatullaah.

If you download Real Player, when you watch flash videos (flv's) on the internet, you should see a download video button. Hit the button and save the video. Now download a video/audio encoder/converter called Super made by a company called erightsoft, google it. Once you have installed Super, you can convert the audio in the flv into an MP3 file.

There may be easier ways but this is the first thing that comes to mind.

It's the last (fourth) file called Mishary Rashid - Al- Fatiha & Ibraheem.mp3 and you should be able to download it in mp3 format
