Salam in Islam

Asamalu alaikum dear brothers and sisters--It has been 14 weeks since I reverted to Islam. I have met up with some oppostion from family members and fellow employee at work, Insha Allah, I continue to strive to be a faithful muslim. Islam tells us we will have trials of opposition to our faith and so we must remain steadfast. I am almost done reading The Noble Qu'ran all the way through as well as reading many books on Islam sent to me from Egypt and Saudi Arabia. I hope to encourage other new reverts to stand firm in the faith and serve Allah daily.

To watch Sheikh Khalid Yasin videos is very educative and inspiring. He is very good in understanding in amswering and understanding non-muslims minds. I recomend u watch his videos brother. Because you will arm yourself with knowledge and therefore you be ready to respond any question from non-muslim and also u will not feel a shame of practising your religion and u will feel more proud as a muslim and to identify as a muslim.
