assalam u alaikum.(peace be with u all)
i have been visiting this forum since march this year.really nice people here.i have come here to know where i stand when it comes to faith.i'm an 18 year old indian girl.despite being born in a muslim family i didn't even know the i of islam. i just used to hang around with my science textbook,storybook( goosebumps,animorphs etc),watch discovery channel & that was my life.i couldn't make friends.no luck there.at the age of 13 i wanted to die(out of depression).no luck there too.picked the most scariest book Quran out of shelf & fell in love with it.till the age of 12 i had lived a different life.i used to lie after every sentence,engage in bad habits & sometimes steal too.Allah was no more than a word to me & it would have remained so till this day but something happened at 13.it was the most intense period of my life(religion wise).i have spent the previous 5 years of my life crying & laughing with quran.i didn't make friends at school,most of them used to worship actor & actresses.
this loner has finally decided to make some good friends.
