That shouldn't be it brother. The only thing I could think of is that if you want to see the areas in the Brother's Sensitive Section you have to join:

The Brother's Club

If this problem continues then something else might be the matter. Feel free to ask again with perhaps more specifics on the threads that you are unable to view or something.

new members can not see the member list, or user profiles

apart from that you have complete access. To see some parts u have to be part of the Brother or Sister club.. you can change that by going to your UserCP/ Group Membership Options
