a friend of mine had an interviewat the immigration.
And that day,he had a coran with him.
Unfortunatly,he has made false wedding ,in order to get his paper.
Since he had a coran with him,the officer asked him,if he was a true believer.
Then ,he said that he's a muslim.
base on his answer,the officer asked him if the marriage was legit and ask him to swear on the coran,but he refused.
from what i've learned,he he'd swear and ALLAH would forgive him.So my question is the following.
did he has to swear or not?
